I offer a high quality variety of massage therapy services from Swedish Massage to Reiki Healing with Musically Tuned Quartz Sound Bowls. Even with therapeutic work, you receive a pampered  experience in a relaxing environment. After the initial consultation, we can customize the session towards your needs. 


All massage sessions include (Hydrotherapy) hot towels on the back, shoulders, and feet. As well as a handful of warm Basalt stones to melt away the tension of the day. Aromatherapy is available upon request. I offer hand crafted Gift Certificates that make for a lovely gift any time of the year. However, if you prefer faster service, you can simply use the Friends & Family option when booking online to gift a loved one with a customized session electronically.

About

Hello my name is Anne and I specialize in an integrated massage therapy tailored to fit your needs. I began practicing massage in 2002. With years of hands on experience, I know that massage isn't a one size fits all experience. My goal is to find the source of your pain, stress, or anxiety and help you find relief. I specialize in TMJ neck and shoulder pain management, Myofascial Therapy to loosen connective tissue, slow calming Swedish Massage to improve circulation, Lymphatic Drainage to reduce inflammation in the body, Thai stretching, Hot and Cold Stone Therapies, Sound Healing and Reiki.


*My studio is open Monday through Friday from 10am ~ 6pm.

Simply Swedish ~60 Minutes

$100

Relax and unwind with a slow, calming Swedish Massage. A gentle and soothing session helps to promote relaxation while improving circulation. If you are new to massage, this is the perfect treatment for you!

Simply Swedish ~90 Minutes

$130

Add on an additional 30 minutes to your Simply Swedish session for 90 minutes of bliss. 

Deluxe Hot Stone Therapy ~90 Minutes

$175

An entire set of Basalt stones are heated for this luxurious treatment. The smooth, flat stones are massaged over the body as the therapeutic heat slowly radiates into sore muscles. This globally recognized treatment is combined with relaxing Swedish techniques for total relaxation. If you have muscle tension, we can combine it with Myofascial therapy as well.


*The stones need to be prepared to be at the correct temperature. So, please request this treatment in advance.

Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) ~60 Minutes

This gentle treatment uses feather-light techniques to target the lymph vessels just beneath the skin. It redirects excess lymph fluid out of the swollen limbs and back towards the major lymph nodes for filtration. The primary benefit is to reduce swelling, while aiding in detoxification. It encourages the lymphatic system to remove toxins from the tissues, promoting improved circulation and immune function. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING BLOOD CLOTS, KIDNEY/HEART FAILURE, PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.

Myofascial Massage / Trigger Point Therapy ~60 Minutes

Myofascial Massage coupled with Trigger Point Therapy is designed to help eliminate knots that develop in the fascia (connective tissue). It helps to correct mechanical issues such as limited range of motion. These techniques help to decrease pain and improve your body's natural movement through increased flexibility. I find this to be more effective than traditional Deep Tissue Therapy. 

Myofascial Massage / Trigger Point Therapy ~90 Minutes

$150

Gain an extra 30 minutes onto your Myofascial treatment for a 90 minute detailed session. This is especially good if you have more than one area of complaint.

East Meets West* ~60 Minutes

Slow calming Swedish Massage is paired with Thai stretching for anyone dealing with both physical stiffness and high stress levels. It bridges the gap between a relaxing spa day and an assisted stretch session. 

The Headache Remedy* for TMJ Neck and Shoulder Pain Management ~60 Minutes

$125

The Headache Remedy* uses a mixture of Cold Stone Therapy to calm inflammation with targeted massage techniques to relieve tension headaches. This massage focuses on the upper body (neck, shoulders, pectoral muscles, face and scalp). It includes gentle Reflexology and a relaxing scalp massage. If you suffer from neck & shoulder pain or tension headaches, this treatment is for you!

The Headache Remedy* combined with Swedish Massage ~90 Minutes

Most clients prefer to book The Headache Remedy* for a total of 90 minutes so that their session can remain focused on the detailed work of the neck and shoulders, while leaving more time to relax and unwind with a complete massage.  This therapeutic and calming combination offers the best of both worlds.

Reiki Healing ~50 Minutes (time varies)

Reiki is a beneficial healing modality used in many hospitals, medical settings, and private practices. According to practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been a physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. While it is not an alternative to medical treatment, it can reduce feelings of anxiety, stress, and fatigue. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation and speed healing.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A REIKI SESSION

Every Reiki session may be a little bit different from the next. That's why there's an allowance for more or less time. Expect a quiet session on a comfortable table while fully clothed. I personally like to use my Meditation Bowls for Sound Healing. You may feel waves of energy washing over you. Sometimes clients will cry, while others may peacefully sleep. You are welcome to ask questions, but most people are in such a relaxed state that they just rest.

Sound Bath Healing Session ~20 Minutes (Add-On Only)

$20 Add-On to any Massage Treatment

Start off your massage with a calming Sound Bath implemented with a full set of Musically Tuned Quartz Singing Bowls. The reverberating sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls work by washing sound waves over your mind and body. All the while unplugging from external stimuli. This helps to restore your body's healthy balance, which in turn helps you heal. 

Sound Therapy is a wonderful addition to any treatment!

The Sound Bath Experience* ~45 Minutes

$45

The Sound Bath Experience* uses musically tuned quartz bowls to create sound waves/frequencies to put your body into a state of relaxion and reduce anxiety. Enjoy this deeply relaxing session for yourself, or include friends for a group rate! The room can accommodate up to three total attendees.
